Dripping Springs (TX) offensive lineman Hudson Whitenight has committed to Baylor over TCU, Houston, Nebraska and Oklahoma State; Whitenight becomes the sixth commit in the 2027 recruiting class.
BAYLOR 2027 RECRUITING CLASS COMMITMENT LIST
Since first-year offensive line coach Austin Woods took over earlier this offseason, the 6-foot-5, 290-pounder with an 81-inch wingspan has been a priority for the Baylor coaching staff.
There’s an interesting connection between the two, as Woods’ father coached Whitenight’s father on the offensive line at JJ Pearce High School in the early 1990s.
Woods is a composite three-star prospect and is listed as No. 89 interior offensive lineman in the nation, while being ranked as the 155th-best player in the Lone Star State.
