How in the hell is this even still an open question?? If the administration wants people to stop saying the US is paying that money, then maybe they should state in detail where exactly its supposed to come from if not the US. The lack of transparency around something Trump is trying to claim as some kind of crowning achievement is stunning.

That's hopeful to make that assumption. I'm sure we ask for their help, but the MOU is signed between Iran and us. If they don't, the only question is whether this is a binding MOU.
