I've got to give the defense credit. That unit has played legitimately well today.

We're getting real stops, not just relying on opponents' mistakes to get off the field as we normally do.

Critiques were fair. I think we all expected him to improve as Khenon Hall worked to coach the always find the home run out of him. Common with young players coming from 2A ball where the bounce outside usually works because you're by far and away the best athlete on the field.

Yep...hate to nitpick a 20-0 lead...but we are leaving a lot of the meat on the bone so far.

That's been an issue this year...our points per game aren't really keeping up with how much yardage we get per game.

This is a new Aranda taking these FGs and not going for it. I guess the context of the game helps since we aren't playing catchup from a 17 point hole as usual.

I'm fine with field goals on 4th down. Not as fine with conservative play calling to settle for a 4th down field goal.

That was a borderline unnecessary roughness...the tackle started inbounds and the momentum carried them out of bounds.

And he didn't throw him at the end...he just let go of him
