Finally figured out the problem for the offense. We scored TDs on our first 2 possessions, then the drizzle started and I had to put on my rain jacket. Rain stopped, took my jacket off, and we scored again on the next play.

They have done well. The thing that I don't quite get is why the defense showed up only after a whole lot of the fan base (me included) has lost a lot of their initial interest in the season. Same thing happened last year. It would be great if they put in efforts like this when Big 12 title contention was still a possibility.

That's one of the world's great mysteries. Up there with Stonehenge and the pyramids.
